See This Week’s Top Uniswap Data Dashboards: August 30

Welcome back to our Uniswap data dashboards of the week! Each week, we turn people’s data questions into crypto bounties for data analysts to solve.

In this edition, we’ve got two terrific Uniswap dashboards to show off. That includes a grand-prize winning submission from @AD14367367 and @DM20238569.

Out of Range positions on Uniswap 🦄

First up is a bounty from @AD14367367. This submission examines Out of Range positions on Uniswap. More specifically, this bounty asked analysts to visualize the share of active positions that have been out of range to those that have been in range daily since the launch of Uniswap v3.

As we can see in the data below, an average of about 42% of all positions have been out of range each day. We can also see that the proportion of positions out of range exhibits “moderate variability,” @AD14367367 notes “ranging from 36% and 49% on 80% of days.”

Shiny NFTs 🖼️

Next up is a look at Shiny NFTs from @DM20238569. This submission looked to figure out who got Shiny NFTs, along with the concentration of shiny NFTs in the hands of the 20 largest Liquidity Providers by TVL on Uniswap.

@DM20238569 found that there were 7,670 total shiny NFTs produced out of a total of 118,045 NFTs. That gives users a 6.5 percent chance of getting their hands on a Shiny NFT.  So how many of these NFTs are owned by top LPs? As we can see in the data below, the top 20 liquidity providers on Uniswap V3 own about 16 Shiny NFTs, which represents just 0.22% of all Shiny NFTs.
